During a run of the mill earnings call earlier yesterday publisher Activision released some news about the next Modern Warfare 2 map pack, which, just like the “Stimulus Package,” will also be timed-exclusive to the Xbox 360 and cost around $15, sometime between July 1st and December 31st 2010 to be more specific. The company’s COO Thomas Tippl said “the $15 price point has still provided a fantastic value to gamers… we think that has worked.” We have to imagine that Activision won’t drop the DLC anytime close to when Call of Duty: Black Ops is releasing so our guess is multiplayer fans can expect it to drop sometime in August-October. Stay tuned for more details on the next Modern Warfare 2 map pack, right here at Fanboygaming.com as they come in.
