LEGO Batman 2:DC Super Heroes Release Date for Wii U!

Excited to collaborate with the innovative Wii U GamePad controller, Premier Comms’  has finally given us LEGO Batman fans the release date to their upcoming sequel, LEGO  Batman 2: DC Super Heroes which will be released on May 24th. Players are able to explore the dangers of Gotham City sing an enhanced interactive map and can also choose their favorite DC Comics characters to unite an awesome team of heroes, all with the use of the controller’s touchscreen. You can even enjoy the great game experience on the GamePad in off-TV mode, or have a second player join in on the TV, that way, you two are against the world (Gotham City criminals) without having to share a single screen.  Read more...

“Gravity” Teaser Trailer

Here is a new film set to release in October starring Sandra Bullock and George Clooney, in the trailer both are astronauts working on a space station and get caught in a meteor shower. The trailer alone looks to be intense and very suspenseful.

Upcoming Black Ops 2 Personalization Packs Leaked

If you were disappointed with the weapon camos or reticles that were released for Black Ops 2 a couple months ago, you may be in luck. There are four new packs that were created and players will be allowed to vote for two of their favorite sets, those of which will be available for purchase. According to the leak, the four are: Cyborg, Dragon, Paladin, and Comics. The pricing will most likely be 160 MS points for each, which will include a unique calling card, camo, as well as new reticles. The voting lasts from May 23-28 and will be done through the message of the day in Black Ops 2. It looks like the favorites may be Comics and Cyborg, but we’ll see which ones will be available for purchase on May 29.

Game & Wario New Trailer

Nintendo revealed more details and a new trailer on the upcoming Game & Wario during its Nintendo Direct this morning.

Two of the new gaming modes, both playable on the pad controller, which supports two to five players. Game & Wario has 16 new mini-games staring some characters from the WarioWare series.

You can pick up Game & Wario on June 23 for $39.99 for the Nintendo Wii U.

Project X Zone – Capcom Character Spotlight

Since the game’s announcement to come to the West, very little information has been released regarding the translated version; until just the other day. This video gives a look at some of the Capcom characters and cameos that are represented in Project X Zone. For those that don’t know, Project X Zone is a tactical RPG by Namco Bandai made in collaboration with Sega and Capcom. Its also the follow up to the import-only Namco x Capcom.

The game is a Nintendo 3ds exclusive, and is slated to release late June (next month).

Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure

Warner Bros. is set to release this new installment of Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Adventure to feature every character of the DC universe. If you don’t know, Scribblenauts is a puzzle action video game developed by 5th cell for the Nintendo DS, which was released September 15, 2009 in North America.   The objective of Scribblenauts, is “Write Anything, Solve Everything”, to complete puzzles to collect “Starites”, helped by the player’s ability to summon any object (from a database of tens of thousands) by writing its name on the touchscreen. This challenges the player solve puzzles within limitations. A sequel was later released in October 12, 2010 called Super Scribblenauts, since then two other games have been released called Scribblenauts Remix in 2011 and Scribblenauts Unlimited earlier this year via Steam for windows. Warner Bros. even added iconic locations like the Batcave, Gotham City and Green Lantern Corp’s home world of Oa, maybe DC fans will have the urge to play some Scribblenauts for themselves.  Read more...

Gran Turismo 6 Announcement Trailer

Gran Turismo mastermind, Kazunori Yamauchi, has officially announced Gran Turismo 6 for the PlayStation 3 at the UK’s Silverstone circuit event today.

Sony promised that the new title will bring new levels of authenticity to the scrupulously authentic racer. New cars and tracks are promised as well as a new interface and a compact engine that will “improve operation and increase the flexibility to expand it with downloadable content“. The announcement also promises greater integration with smartphones and tablets as well as improved social and community features.  Read more...

New Killzone: Mercenary Trailer

Sony has released a short trailer for its upcoming PS Vita title Killzon: Mercenary, showing off some stunning visuals, high-impact gameplay, and fantastic-looking environments.

The title is likely to make another appearance during Sony’s PlayStation E3 event scheduled for June 10. But KillZone: Mercenary launches until September 17th, exclusively for PlayStation Vita.

Official Trailer Release for FISHAO and more!

News today have confirmed that the Dutch browser game company GamoVation B.V. has released the trailer for their upcoming multiplayer social fishing game, FISHAO. After working a approximate amount of 2 years, their work has finally payed off, giving us the beta of FISHAO that will start within a month.

If you’re wondering about the abbreviations, FISHAO means (Fish Always Online. The multiplayer game is also playable in a browser and Facebook as well. Another fun fact, it is not just a point and click puzzle game, but a cute look at open world fishing.  Read more...

Gran Turismo 15th Anniversary Event to Reveal What’s Next

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe will hold a celebration event for the 15th Anniversary of the Gran Turismo franchise and its future on May 15 in Northamptonshire, United Kingdom.

The event will be supported by manufacturers including Audi, BMW, Ford, Honda, Jaguar, KTM, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla and Toyota, who will be displaying a range of old and new vehicles. Nissan PlayStation GT Academy stars will also be showing off their racing skills with high-speed laps around the famous circuit, which has never featured in a Gran Turismo game.
