Justice League movie to rival Marvel’s The Avengers

A film as important to comic book fans as The Justice League needs to be done right or not at all. Warner Bros. has confirmed they will task themselves to develop a decent plan for attacking this superhero beast ensemble. They have finally layed the groundwork for what DC fans hope will eventually be an answer to Marvel’s The Avengers. According to the L.A. Times, we could be seeing a Justice League film as soon as 2015 thanks to winning the rights to use the iconic Man of Steel after a lengthy battle of Warner Bros. lawyers vs. Superman co-creator Joe Shuster.

Avoiding Marvel’s tactic of building toward an ensemble cast of superheroes through a series of ever-entwined films, Warner Bros. intends to throw the iconic Justice League team of Green Lantern, Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, and more together immediately BEFORE spinning them out into their own franchises. The film’s only lead-in would be 2013’s Christopher Nolan produced, Zack Snyder directed Man of Steel.

To be honest, in my personal opinion that’s a very ballsy move. Still, I can’t help but think that this massive leap forward has got to be a good thing, in spite of the many risks this can bring. All we can do now is to wait and see what happens but i am truly excited for what DC has to offer to rival the huge success The Avengers has brought Marvel.
