Mircosoft XBox One Slim will launch August 2 at $400

The company also announced that a 1TB and 500GB version will be made available for $350 and $300, respectively, though no launch date has been provided for these incarnations.

The 2TB version will be available in “limited quantities” for $400 in the U.S., Canada, U.K., and 22 other markets, including Australia, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, and Turkey.

The Xbox One S is 40 percent smaller than the original Xbox One console, which was announced back in 2013 and supports 4K and HDR video. Additionally, it will ship with a brand-new controller with grips and increased range — this can also be purchased separately for $60.
